Sunchai is Co-Founder and Group CEO of BSM Group (Company Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, specialist in the Construction & Property Development Sector).
Sunchai has a wealth of experience in Building Materials, Property Development & Construction for more than 20 years. He founded BuilderSmart in 2001, grew it dynamically, and then successfully took it public IPO in 2008.
Sunchai is a keen student of the market, emerging trends, and business, consistently strategizing how to improve performance and evaluate business opportunities in Thailand and the Region.
Sunchai is well respected by industry leaders, having served on the Judging Panel of the Thailand Property Awards for five years and as its Chairman of the Panel for two years.
Sunchai received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ramkamhaeng University (within three years), an MBA from Sasin School of Management of Chulalongkorn University. He’s currently pursuing a DBA at Sasin School of Management of Chulalongkorn University, the leading Business School in Thailand.
Additionally, he has served for 10 years on the Board of Directors of The Beaumont Partnership Foundation and hospitality training school providing international standard education for underprivileged children in Chaiyaphum, Thailand.
